Located in W5 London, we are happy to welcome you for a full day of pastry workshop. Focusing on the autumn flavours, we will show you 4 of our creations that celebrate the pear, the fruit star of this season, nuts and obviously chocolate!

 

  • . Nour has imagined an amazing pear and hazelnut tart, which all praliné lovers will undoubtely love: A crispy shortcrust, a fluffy biscuit, a refreshing pear confit, a generous layer of hazelnut praliné, and a lightweight ganache montée. You're going to fall for it! 
  • . Nour will also teach you how to bake a XXL chocolate and hazelnut cookie to share with 6 gourmets. You will even be able to customize your own cookie according to your mood!
  • . Muriel will teach you one of the most iconic french dessert, the parisian flan, in a autumnal revisited version: learn all the techniques for a high shortcrusted and creamy flan flavoured with tonka bean, pear and pecan praliné.
  • . Muriel's individual entremets will highlight the pear-chocolate association. Discover how you can make the best of all the preparations to assemble a lovely entremets. Learn the technique for a perfect mirror glaze and a pear ganache montée.
